Facing East Production - 12/3/2011

Production explores themes of faith, homosexuality, and parental love, as a devout Mormon couple deals with the loss of their gay son. 

As part of an entire week of events surrounding the 10th Anniversary of Breaking Boundaries (see separate release), on Saturday, December 3, the organization will stage the theatrical production Facing East, a play by noted LDS author and playwright Carol Lynn Pearson.

Admission is free, and all members of the public are invited.

6:30p: Reception celebrating Breaking Boundaries 10th Anniversary, open to all, free admission

7:30p: Dedication of panels for Names National Memorial Quilt Project, open to all, free admission, co-hosted by Breaking Boundaries and PFLAG
